Stilton Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.s Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 8 oz.s cream cheese at room temp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Notes

Prepare sauce ahead of time and hold at room temp for serving. Refrigerate if making a day ahead but bring to room temp before serving.

Directions

Place cold stilton in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend till finely minced.  Add all other ingredients and process till smooth.  Serve warm or at room temp with sliced rib eye or other steak.
