Ingredients

  • 8 oz.s cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 5 Teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 bunch left over meat
  • salt and pepper to taste

Notes

I used left over roasted tender loin but most any steak or roast of beef or elk will work.

Directions

Blend all ingredients adding more of anything to suit your taste, thinly slice the cooked meat, spread the filling on the meat slices roll them and stick with a toothpick.  Allow these to set 24 hours in the fridge if you have time and can leave them alone.
