Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 2 Teaspoons chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Cups lettuce
  • 2 Cups flaked cooked salmon
  • 1 tomato in wedges
  • 1 large hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Notes

Blend first 8 ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Arrange lettuce in a bowl, mound fish in center with tomato, egg and olives around. Pour half the dressing over and serve the rest on the side.
