Mo’s bbq Lamb Chops

  • 12 1/2" thicks lamb chops
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 6 clove minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
  • 2 medium glasses fine scotch


Mo sometimes uses butter rather than oil. I prefer oil. You decide.The scotch should be for Mo and I, but since we're not there--go ahead on it.Mo likes to mix all except the chops, bring it to a boil to blend flavors, then cool. Then add the chops and marinate about 6 hrs.When the barby's ready put the chops on while hot, sear on each, side basting once. Reduce heat, raise grill or whatever, to finish cooking to desired doneness (which should be medium rare--any thing else is a sin).
