Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon jello
- 4 whole eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Peggy and John are good Canadian friends here in Mazatlan. Peggy has made this marvelous cake so many times I just had to ask for the recipe.
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients beating for one minute, pour into a buttered 9 X 12 pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Make a glaze with 2 cups of powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to dissolve it. Poke holes in the cake while still hot and pour the glaze over.
