Ingredients

  • 12 cube chicken bouillon
  • 4 Cups hot water or chicken broth
  • 2 Cups ice cubes
  • 1 whole fryer

Notes

I like to cook chicken and duck on the rotisserie in which case you should marinate the whole bird no more than 2 hr. If you want to bbq the bird in parts, cut it up and marinate the parts 1 hr. In any case, dissolve the bouillon in the hot water then add the ice. When melted, add the bird and refrigerate until cooking. Coat the bird lightly with vegatable oil and cook. Use bbq sauce the last 15 minutes if you like.You don't get any wine while you're doing this one because it's not my receipe.
