Ingredients

  • 2 pounds elk burger
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

sauce

  • 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 12 oz bottle hot chili sauce with garlic
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Notes

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and form into balls. Arrange balls on a baking dish and bake at 350 till cooked through, 20 min or so.Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs and cook about 30 min till the sauce is bubbly.
